Action Taken: The report and all the reactions thereof were referred to the Committees on Tourism and on Finance. The Body also adopted Resolution No. 12144-2015.

ii. Councilor President D. Elipe reported about the costs of the construction of multi-level

school buildings funded under the city’s Special Education Fund, presented some comparative costing thereof, as well as the copies of the ads posted in Philgeps which made it appear that said projects had budgets approved by the Sanggunian.

Action Taken: The Body adopted Resolution No. 12143-2015 and Motion No. 22185-2015.
