SRs to show their slides & talk about their work freely in steps like-
1. Start with introduction (Name, H.Q.)
2. Should discuss their overall Sales, Growth, Productivity, Medal/ Trip planned feedback etc.

4. At the end SR should summarize his achievements/ good experiences and his short comings/ weakness about himself.
Note: - Frequent interruptions by managers should be avoided during SR presentation. They can put some questions & note their findings which can be shared at the end of the presentation. At the end of 1st line teams presentation, he has to rank his team and tell each SR, his one good quality. SHORT COMING of SR must be discussed by SR himself only.Senior/ 2nd line Manager should watch out during presentations --- Missed products/ products hidden from coming in forefront for scrutiny. Also he can ask the SR to detail or tell knockouts/ competitors of such products.
