Age Less Move More Feet Love Movement Sheet Si t On Your Toes From all fours take your toes under. Keeping your toes under make circles with your hips. Circle both directions. When done circling take your bottom back to sit on your heels. Slowly, walk your hands to your knees, up your legs and sit back on your heels with your hands resting in your lap. Make sure your tail stays down, ribs in and down, and your inner arms roll out. Hold and breathe. Come out by walking your hands forward to the earth. Feet Love Movement Sheet

Sit On Your ToesFrom all fours take your toes under. Keeping your toes under make circles with your hips. Circle both directions. When done circling take your bottom back to sit on your heels.

Slowly, walk your hands to your knees, up your legs and sit back on your heels with your hands resting in your lap. Make sure your tail stays down, ribs in and down, and your inner arms roll out. Half-Moon Pose Stand with your feet inner hip width apart, press into the outer edge of your heel and lift and spread your toes. Allow your toes to gently rest on the earth. Fall forward into a standing forward bend. Allow your hands to come to the floor or grab a block or chair to rest your hands on.

Place your left hand to the outer edge of your left foot. Look down at your standing foot. Keep pressing into the outer edge of your heel. Do NOT grip your toes into the earth as you bring your right leg back until your right foot comes off the floor.

Balance on your left foot as you turn your hip up toward the sky. Hold and breathe focusing on your balancing foot. If you’d like to go further, bring your navel toward the

sky allowing your chest to open and your right arm to reach over head. Keep your head and neck loose and free. Hold and breathe.

Come down by bringing your right foot down to the floor. Pause here and when ready switch sides. This movement strengthens your feet and creates balance.
