- Go to market strategy- Untested assumptions plan
Different from most startups in that we have very limited growth potential in the first few years,
followed by exponential scaling. The first home is the Agape MVP: 6 housemates and 1 director
MVP PARTNERSHIPS
Start with one local jail (WASHOE county) → using Advisor Otto Kelly - our link to the juvenile detention
system.
Stanford: developing relationship for research & data analysis
→ Screening/application process: work in tandem with Washoe psychologist to find initial group as
they’ve already been evaluated. Then use the Agape House evaluations for final selection and
improvement metrics.
Marketing Materials
→ Develop a pamphlet & website (informational and provides credibility)
MARKET STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT
Within 6 months of 1st house opening: develop partnerships with State and Federal court systems
(placements) - develop reputation, become the go-to solution in Nevada and beyond.
THROUGH advisors & Stanford
Begin writing white-paper in tandem with Stanford professor and graduate students, while developing
new VR & testing materials.
