MY RECOMMENDATIONS• Make sure to always have an intern who has communication skills for the communication strategy

• Introduce properly the Africa Unite team to enable the new interns to know who is responsible of what

• Give a project management training to new interns

• Have a checklist for each event to know which team members are taking part (usefull for the combi)

• Team building events
