You will see the following overview. Why is it important to make your profile as complete as possible?Clients/Users can search your profiles and contact you for commercial assignments. We would like you to enjoy this benefit. Therefore, please fill in your profile as complete as possible. Journalists or bloggers with complete profiles
bigger than 50%, get free entrance tickets to Africa Networking Events.

Click the orange button to edit your profile, you can first edit your general and contact information

Here you can add one or more positions: like journalist, blogger, freelancer, editor in chief, photographer, camera man. You click the blue button “New Position”.

If you click “a Journalist working for and representing a publisher and/or medium?” you go to the screen where you can add or create the company that you represent with your account. Please note that you can hold more
than one position, with more than one company.

If eg, the email address stand for the editorial department, could be an [email protected] email address, the position you will choose is “media company”.

If your company is not in the list, you will select “new company” and fill in the data of the new company.

You select your company, click add position and your profile is connected with your media company.

If you select new company, you can add the company data in the form below.Please note again that you can only select a company if you have selected as a position, either "media
company“ (usual with info@-addresses), "editor in chief" or "journalist/reporter".

After you have filled in the necessary data, you can save your input by clicking the button “add position”

Since you have completed your position, we assume you may want to go forward with the next subjects: Biography and fields of interest. Please click the fields of interest indicating about which subjects you blog,
write or publish. Press releases are filtered accordingly. If you want all press releases, you can select “select all”.

In the text box “Bio” you can write something about yourself, something commercial, about your work, skills and achievements and for which jobs and assignments you can be contacted for. After finishing the completion of your profile by filling in the countries you include in your coverage, you can save/update your input by clicking the green
button “update/save”.

There are two buttons, red and green, also visible at the vertical bar at the left side. With the green button “press releases” you can see which press releases are sent to you.

With the red button “black list” you can see and edit which senders you have black listed, that is the sendersof which you do not want to receive press releases from

If you are blogger and you have not filled in a blog site, clicking the green button “add your blog sites”.

Change Password: Click left above the button “change password”. Fill in your current password and then yournew one (double entry). Click the button Change Password.

Change Email: Click left above the button “edit email”. Fill in your current email and then your new one (double entry). Click the button Validate.
