On-site Registration: On-site registration will be heldat the Birchwood Hotel November 29-30,2011. Full payment must be made for on-siteregistration. A $50 surcharge will apply.
CANCELLATION POLICYAll cancellations must be submitted in writing. A writtencancellation received on or before October 27, 2011will be eligible for a full refund. Written cancellationsreceived after October 27, 2011 but prior toNovember 9, 2011 are eligible for a 50 % refund.No refunds will be made for cancellations received onor after November 9, 2011 or for no-shows; however,registrations may be transferred to other individualsupon written request before November 9, 2011. Norefunds will be made for cancellations postmarked afterNovember 9, 2011. Refunds will be processed afterthe conclusion of the Conference. Please allow three (3)weeks from the Conference end date to receive yourrefund. All cancellations are subject to a $100processing fee.
INTERNATIONAL ATTENDEESIf you do not hold a passport from a visa-waivercountry, you are strongly encouraged to contact thenearest South African embassy or consulate as soon aspossible to schedule an interview for a visa. The visaprocess can be lengthy. IBA-Global cannot provide anyadditional assistance concerning the procurement of avisa. The decision is wholly a matter for the South African embassy in your country.
