DO YOU HAVE... you may need orthotics. Orthotics are custom made inserts that help comfort and support irregularities in the foot, align posture and/or relieve pain in the foot, leg, back and neck. They make standing, walking and running more comfortable by helping to align the body. Custom made orthotics help to reduce unnecessary stress and/or pain in the feet, lower limbs and lower back by either re-aligning a patient’s foot within their footwear or accommodating specific conditions or deformities.
