The Afghanistan Engineer District(s) will implement Afghan-centric standard construction site signage at project sites outside of coalition bases throughout the country. The improved signage will support the emerging national and provincial governments of Afghanistan.

Objectives

The standardized sign design will:

1. Help better reach the Afghan audience

2. Highlight new ANSF facilities, roads and other infrastructure development projects

3. Showcase the Afghan national and provincial governments’ leadership and participation in delivering infrastructure projects

4. Bolster a national and provincial perspective for the traditionally tribal populace
