The objective behind the house system is to inculcate a spirit of excellence ambits healthy competition among the students of different houses. There by fabricating strong individualistic traits in each student.

Each house is headed by the captain. A member of teaching staff is Incharge of particular house with the help of the teachers belonging to corresponding house.

Inter house competition are organized in various curricular and co-curricular activities. The house system fosters a spirit of co-operation and healthy competition. School provides vehicle facilities to the extent of its capacity

A student should board the vehicle designated for him/her.

Parent should arrange to bring the children to vehicle stop and take them back

He /She should not get down any other vehicle stop without permission of the principal.

All the student availing vehicle facility must reach the stop in time.

Student will be held responsible for any damage of vehicle caused by negligence/ vandalism. In case the school vehicle does not ply to unavoidable circumstances , the parents have to bring children to school

No transport facility is available on celebration of any functions.

Admission to the school is open to all irrespective to caste, creed or religion. The Principal reserve the right to decide the class in which the child will be admitted. Pupil seeking admission may be tested in the syllabus of the standard below the one to which they seek admission. For admission to Nursery, Date of Birth certificate from the municipality of Panchayat is to be submitted. Child below three years will not be admitted to nursery class.

One month's prior notice must be given by parent/guardian if the child is to be withdrawn from the school. In case the child stops attending the school without informing the principal, all dues must be cleared till information about the withdrawal is received.

While deciding promotion to next class Child's performance in terminal examination is taken into account. In case of absence in any of the terminals, the student will be awarded zero marks. No re-examination will be conducted.

A student who fails in the same class twice will not be permitted to continue his/her studies in school.

Leave of absence is to be granted accept on prior written application from Parents/Guardians to the Principal.

?Be regular and punctual. Ensure that you reach school by 15 minutes earlier the fixed school arrival time.

?Attend school in proper, smart and neat uniform.

?Do not leave class without a class pass.

?Take care of school property and ensure that desks/furniture/walls etc. are not scratched or damaged.

?Lending / borrowing money or other articles is not permitted. Do not wear or bring expensive items to school

?In case a student is required to overstay after school hours for extra classes/ sports etc., take proper prior permission in writing from the Supv. Head on an application from the parents.

?Library books should be looked after. Any damage/ loss will be paid for by the borrower.

?Due respect should be shown to prefects, class monitors and students on duty.

?Any movement to the playground/ assembly/SUPW/ activity/ library should be orderly and in a queue.

?Shouting / writing or indulging in unruly behavior in the school premises is forbidden. Help in maintaining cleanliness and throw litter/ papers etc. in the dustbin.

?School bus users should only use the front door for entrance and exit. They should behave in a disciplined and orderly manner and should not throw anything inside or outside the bus. In case any seat/ seat cover etc. is torn or damaged the cost will be recovered from the defaulter.

?Parent Teacher cooperation is essential to ensure the complete and harmonious development of the child's personality, kindly help us in ensuring the following:

?The diary should be carried to school daily and regularly countersigned.

?The students should be dropped at the school gate by 15 minutes earlier the fixed school arrival time.

? Please do not enter the classrooms or meet teachers without written permission of the In-charge.

?Prior appointment with In-charge/Official may be sought to discuss the problems of your ward.

?No short leave/ half day is allowed. Do not make socials engagements or medical appointments for your ward during working hours.

?Any change of address/ telephone number should be notified immediately.

?Ensure that your ward makes up for work missed by him/ her during absence/ leave with the guidance of the teachers.

?Ensure prompt follow up of medical report sent by the school.

?Do inform the class teacher, head of the institution and school doctor in case your ward suffers from any specific disease/ allergy / or has undergone an operation/ is under medication.

?Ensure that the child maintains personal hygiene, sleeps for 8 hours daily, has a nutritionally rich diet and avoids consumption of ice-creams and eatables from road side vendors.

?Ensure to pay School fee on time.
