I accuse and hereby charge Jerome Chua, residing at #6 Rosal Steet,Greenpark Village, San Isidro, Cainta, Rizal of violating RA 9262 (An ActDefining Violence Against Women and Their Children, Providing for Protective Measures for Victims, Prescribing Penalties Therefore, and for other Purposes).2. I was involved in a dating and sexual relationship with Jerome Chua. Wehad been together for more or less than one and a half years.3. On 13 February 2009 at around 11:00 in the evening, I went to the houseof Jerome Chua after coming from work. When I got there, I knocked onhis door several times, but no one was answering at first. I knew, however, that someone was inside because the airconditioning unit was turned on.Eventually, Jerome Chua half opened the door. He was half-naked,wearing only his shorts.4. During this time I was already suspecting that he was hiding something. Iwent inside his house, and I asked him if I could stay because I was notfeeling well.5. While I was sitting in the sala, I noticed a woman¶s pair of shoes. I stoodup, and hurriedly went upstairs to his bedroom. At this instance, he alsoran after me.6. In the

I went upstairs again, and found that the door waslocked, so I knocked. I heard them laughing, and from inside his room, hetold me, ³Binabastos ka na nga, hindi ka pa umaalis.́ 9. I decided to wait for him in the sala. Eventually, he went down, and sat onthe sofa. I was standing, and I was facing him. I told him, ³Bakit monagawa sa akin µto?´10. He got up, held my shoulders with both his hands, and forced me to sit onthe sofa where he was sitting earlier. Afterwards, he grabbed my arms, and twisted them, breaking my left middle finger in the process
