The Michigan Public Service Commission (Commission) will hold a public hearing to consider Michigan Gas Utilities’ (MGU) March 15, 2001 application to reconcile its 2000 Gas Cost Recovery (GCR) plan. MGU states it undercollected 37,455,887, incl : interest, frr 1 GCR customers in 2000 and proposes to roll-in this amount as an increase in its 2001 GCR CL. of gas sold. _
The Commission has selected this case for participation in its Electronic Filings Pilot. Therefore, all filings in this case, including petitions to intervene, shall be made by both paper submission and electronic format.
