Affidavit and Acknowledgement of Debt

I, Mrs. Madhavi Vuppalapati, age 41 years, occupation management, residing at1082 95th Avenue NE, Bellevue, WA, USAr 98008, do hereby state on solemnaffirmation that:

1) Certain guarantees were signed by debtors, including myself, in favour ofKyko Global Inc. and Kyko Global Gmbh (hereinafter collectively referredto as Kyko) to secure debt obligations and liabilities owed to Kyko.

2) I acknowledge and agree that as of June 25, 2013, for good and valuableconsideration, I am indebted to Kyko in the amount of $18,000,000.00 pluslegal fees, costs, and interest calculated weekly on the total amount at therate of 2.45% per month beginning on June 25, 2013.

3) I agree to pay the amount stated in paragraph 2 as demanded by Kyko.

4) I acknowledge and agree that I have executed a Confession of Judgment infavour of Kyko in the United States for the purposes of the enforcement ofsuch Judgment by the , in any Court in, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India, atrue copy of which is attached and marked as Exhibit "A" to this myAffidavit, and that this Confession of Judgment is binding on me.

5) I acknowledge and agree that a lawsuit may be initiated by Kyko in Indiabased on the Confession of Judgment.

6) I acknowledge and agree that Kyko may rely on this Affidavit to obtain aJudgment against me for the indebtedness I owe to Kyko which I haveacknowledged in this Affidavit.

7) I acknowledge and agree that I will not raise the defenses mentioned insection 13 of Civil Procedure Code of 1908, and I will acknowledge my debtto Kyko as stated in paragraph 2, above, in any Court in, Hyderabad, AndhraPradesh, India, should Kyko initiate a lawsuit to recover this debt.

8) I agree to cooperate and facilitate the enforcement of a judgment based onthe debt obligation.

I confirm that I am making the affidavit on oath to facilitate the enforcement of aforeign judgment in India, and I am aware of the conditions of the same and aboveshall be binding upon me at all times.
