That I am sending my grand son Dilraj Singh R/O Vill Khusar Tahli,P O Prachan,Teh Batala Distt Gurdaspur, Punjab India for higher studies in New Zealand . 2. That I shall bear all the living and educational expenses incurred by Dilraj Singh for higher studies in New Zealand. 3. That I have access to sufficient funds to support his studies in New Zealand.
