AFC Wimbledon is a professional football club currently based in Kingston upon Thames, South West London, England, which has played in League One, the third tier of the English football league system, since promotion in 2016.

AFC Wimbledon were formed in 2002, we play at The Cherry Red Records Stadium, in London.

As football fans ourselves we extend a warm welcome to all visitors and away fans. Opposition fans may sit or stand in a different part of the stadium, hoping for a different result on a matchday, but AFC Wimbledon wish all football fans a safe and enjoyable day.

We are proud to work with other clubs and their fan bases, united in common goals for the good of the game as a whole.

FLAGSSmaller flags can be brought into the ground provided that they are not mounted on poles, contain no offensive wording or slogans, and are no bigger than 150cm in depth or width.

Larger flags and banners can usually be brought in the stadium provided that they are accompanied by a valid fire certificate. Please contact the Safety Officer via email [email protected] in advance of your visit if you wish to arrange for a larger flag to be brought into the stadium.

It is also important to stress that flags cannot be attached to any surface where they might obscure emergency signage. Please comply with the requests of our stewards in the event that a flag needs to be relocated or taken down.

TRAVEL & PARKINGWe seek to be as good a neighbour as we can, so we urge all visiting fans to respect those who live and work near the stadium, and to remember that – especially on matchdays – all fans, home and away, are ambassadors for our sport.

By trainThe nearest rail station is Norbiton, which is less than a mile away from the stadium. Trains run from Waterloo every 15 minutes via Clapham Junction and Wimbledon. Leave the station via the back exit, and take the first left onto Norbiton Avenue. Follow the road round to the left and then turn right onto Gloucester Road. Take a left on to Cambridge Road and walk 400 yards until you reach the stadium on your right. If you are disabled or with very young children, you could take the train to Kingston and take the 131 bus the rest of the way.

By carIf you are travelling using a sat nav or GPS to the stadium, our club postcode is KT1 3PB. Parking is available at no cost on a first-come, first-served basis. Reserved parking spaces for officials and players are clearly marked.32 parking spaces are available for disabled fans, the spaces can be used by home or away fans with a blue badge. While these spaces are reserved for disabled badge holders, the number of would-be users exceeds the number of spaces, so we encourage early arrival.

Parking is available in nearby streets. Fans are urged to park responsibly and with consideration for local residents. A limited number of spaces in bicycle racks are also available.

By busYou can take the 131 bus, which stops right outside the ground, from Wimbledon Station or Kingston Town Centre. The full 131 bus route runs through:Kingston - New Malden - Raynes Park - Wimbledon - Colliers Wood - Tooting Broadway.

FAMILY EXPERIENCE Since the Club’s formation in 2002, we have always strived to be a family-oriented club and in 2019 we once again received Football League’s Family Excellence Award.

If you have never been to the Cherry Red Records Stadium and are thinking of bringing your children for a family day out, we pride ourselves on providing an enjoyable matchday experience for all.

Make sure you have a go on our inflatable penalty shoot-out challenge (price £1) prior to Saturday home games run by our Foundation who can found outside the Chemflow turnstiles, grab a programme and take part in Haydon the Womble’s latest quiz challenges, and meet him as he tours the ground before and during each game.

Haydon is always happy to pose for pictures and meet new friends. Children of all ages are of course welcome in our friendly bar areas before and after each match.
