Aexio Xeus Pro 2012 Version 12.4.87 13th Dec 2011

New Features General

Xeus now supports Megamon for Nokia Siemens Network (NSN) New Excel Reporting feature in Drive Test, GPEH and CHR modules. New Report Designer that allow drag-and drop metrics to an Excel template. Enhance Auto-zoom feature for viewing the plots on MapInfo.

Network

Support new dump file version for Huawei Single RAN. Version supported: V900r013 New Import option for user to Create Report and Import Additional Parameters for

Huawei (BSC, WCDMA and RAN), Ericsson BSC and Nokia (BSC & WCDMA) network parser.

Support import and export for Nemo BTS. Support new dump file version for ZTE RNC. Version supported: R3.09 Support Import for Actix CellRef.

Drive Test

Support NEMO 2.10 Support LTE drive test on NEMO 2.10 New bin plots and element view for LTE. Support LTE IE from Agilent

GPEH

Improved speed performance for Geo-Analysis algorithm for faster parsing and better accuracy.

User can filter out call by call end type from imported into the database. This allows the possibility to parse large data set into single GPEH database.

New bin measurement view that displays the information such as radio environment and the event counts in selected bin. This view allows users to perform search for calls in the selected bin.

CHR

New Cell Coverage Analysis for identifying cells with the highest percentage of over coverage calls.

New bin measurement view that displays the information such as radio environment and the event counts in selected bin. This view allows users to perform search for calls in the selected bin.

Enhancement Network

A prompt message will notify users when the filename character exceeds the filename character limit.

Drive Test

Enhanced Decoded LTE Layer 3 Message CHR

Enhanced Importing feature that notifies the user if the log file does not contain PCHR or UCHR.

Issue Resolved

The parsing process stops at 45%-48% when 2 or more ROP files are loaded into Xeus. The value for the Call Setup Distance and Call End Distance shown at the Workbench does

not match with the Call Start and Call End location shown on the map. Call Position parcel for Call Start points is not available. Google Earth map zooms to Africa when the user performs Drive Test plots using Line/Polygon. Wrong Message description for non-RANAP in the LogType in disp="RrcRelSigInfo" block. Drive Test Agilent Plots are not removed when the user clicks on Remove plot on map

button. The Neighbor Optimization on CHR will sort the neighbors according to Merit Points even after

the user selects EcNo or Rscp ranking method. The project automatically closes leaving the Legend window open when the user tries to run

Google Earth Web on a newly created project. The GPEH bins are not plotted in Google Earth 6.0.

Enhancements Network

Support MCOM for version 7.3 text files (GSM, WCDMA & LTE) Drive Test

Users can directly parse the Agilent AOD Log file without installing Agilent E6474A Wireless Measurement Software into their system.

CHR

New VIP Analysis feature for user to search and bookmark a selected IMSI. Users can also view the Top Subscribers Analysis Chart for the selected IMSI and Subscribers KPI table.

Issue Resolved Unable to import MCOM site data for new projects. The site sector does not load on the Google Earth map. (Desktop -Version 6.1) Unable to load Google Earth Web and Desktop. (Version 6.1) Duplicated value for RSCP_1 and DL_TX_Power_Carrier at the Distribution Chart in GPEH. Inter-changed value for BSIC and ARFCN in Co-Channel Neighbor Analysis. Chart images fail to load completely (partially load) in GPEH and CHR. The removed database still appears at the Project Explorer even after the user closes and

reopens the project.

New Features General

Xeus now supports MapInfo 11 Add Bing Roads and Add OSM Road. Users can now view the neighbor priority number on the map for both Google Earth

and MapInfo. Xeus will automatically synchronize the view on Google Earth Plugin with the view on

MapInfo and Network Explorer when the user clicks on a cell on Google Earth map. Network

Support Ericsson LTE eNodeB KGET Dump Support export for LTE Network data through Xeus Interchange Format (XIF) New IRAT GSM to LTE selection for One Way Neighbor Analysis at Channel and Code

Planning. Drive Test

Support TEMS Investigation 13 log Support new TEMS Investigation FMT for LTE Drive Test. Users can now perform drive

test plotting and view various LTE drive test measurement.

Enhanced MapInfo settings in Xeus that allows the user to choose between MapInfo 3.0 Compatible and MapInfo Symbols.

Enhanced Network Explorer view that allows the user to sort the neighbor sequence according to priority in the Network Explorer.

GPEH

Improved feature in GPEH Search allowing user to export Call Records or Call Event to Text Tab delimited file.

Improved Neighbor Optimization algorithm feature CHR

Improved feature in GPEH Search allowing user to export Call Records or Call Event to Text Tab delimited file.

Improved Missing neighbor events allowing user to manually defined the hysteresis during parsing.

Improved abnormal Blocked and Dropped Call cause with enhanced cause identification.

Enhanced Xeus Task Manager now allows users to import Huawei CHR log files

Issue Resolved Enhanced Parser for Xeus Interchange Format (XIF) and TEMS Cel File that will notify users if

the value for the cell longitude or latitude is out of range. Fixed IMSI truncated bug for UETR log. Bug fixed for: CellIndex/CellId, Lac, CI, RncId, Cid selection not displayed on Statistic

Plot Add/Edit dialog box. Bug fixed for: Neighbor lines not cleared on Google Map when the user clicks on Removed or

Clear button.

Issue Resolved Incorrect Latitude & Longitude format when Drive Test TEMS Investigation 12 log file is

exported. An error message will prompt out when the user double click on a message at CHR Message. An error will appear when the user clicks on Add Folder during importing CHR files.

When the user clicks on Clear Show Layer button the plots on the map for GPEH and CHR are not removed.

MapInfo 10.5 will crash when the user resizes the MapInfo window. Parsing error occurs when the imported GPEH project is located at a pathname that contains

. symbol.

New Enhanced Drive Test Plot Information Element. Support TEMS Investigation 12 log.

GPEH

Improved loading performance for the GPEH Start Page. User Interface: The Tool Box for the required Module will appear visible after the

Module database has been loaded. (E.g. Drive Test will only visible when the database is loaded.)

GPEH Throughput: New page at GPEH Start Page for cell measurement. New GPEH Plot tab for user to perform Geolocation.

New distance information elements on Call Summary and Event Summary Worksheet. GPEH binned measurement using the geo-analyzed position in 100m grid. Cell coverage plotting with new cell coverage chart analysis with Ec/No, RSCP and

distance dimension. New Cell Utilization :

Cell Utilization Statistics: Allows user to view the list of key KPI and measurement for cell level, view cell performance and view report summary of the cell utilization (based on per cell).

Cell Utilization Chart view: The chart view is synchronized with the working time on Call Message view.

New Throughput Chart presents the best throughput detected during a call. Hide button at Import GPEH Network Data wizard for user hide the progress bar and

continue working with Xeus while importing GPEH log.

CHR Support Huawei RNC CHR Log file for BSC6800 to BSC6900. Support analysis for Huawei CHR: Block Calls Analysis, Dropped Call Analysis, Cell

Analysis, Neighbor Optimization, Pilot Pollution and Phone Profiling. New bin plots for various CHR plotting type and cell coverage plotting (For only on call

setup location). New CHR Views: CHR Messages & Events, CHR Measurements and CHR Cell Utilization.

Others

A new Cancel button for user to cancel closing Xeus if the user accidentally click close button to close Xeus.

Support Google Earth plugin which enables the user to choose between Google Earth Web or the full Google Earth Desktop.

User can click on the cell on the Google Earth Web and it will automatically synch with other view.

Wizard dialog to guide users through the Google Earth plugin and License Key process. User can plot LTE cell as a separate layer automatically.

Issue Resolved GPEH

User can now import GPEH dump files without Mp0 file by selecting the RNC version at Import Ericsson GPEH/UETR/CTR wizard.

Others A new Cancel button for user to cancel closing Xeus if the user accidentally click close

button to close Xeus. Error when saving a phone model at Phone Type Editor.

New Features/ Enhancements GPEH

GPEH state engine supports new W10 dump files

Mapping Support non-WGS84 projection for the Google Earth plot. Xeus will automatically

convert the non-WGS84 projection to WGS84 coordinates before plotting in Google Earth.

Drive Test Enhanced Polygon feature that is able to generate a number of samples within the

polygon for the specified attribute ranges for the selected MS. Others

Xeus will automatically remember the previous file path and display it on the current file path for Open Project.

Issue Resolved Statistics

Synchronization issues: UI issue resolved when synching Xeus with Xeda are listed as below:

1. Error caused by synchronization done without any data. 2. Loading of Statistics drawing on Google Earth. 3. Unable to import or parse site data that does not match. 4. Loading of Xeda ConCheck Summary tab located at Xeda Web Services tab. 5. Error when canceling a synchronization process. 6. Error caused while adjusting the Xeda Web Services scroll bar.

New Features/ Enhancements Drive Test Plots & Events

New Polygon or Line selection for loading plots on Google Earth. New Add Existing Drive Test Database feature: Allows user to directly load the

database without having any drive test performed (this feature is also available for GPEH and Statistics)

Network

Network Properties tab: Antenna Height textbox will not accept any negative value input.

New Notes tab at Network Properties allowing user to insert a note or comment for a cell.

Statistics Create a New KPI Table feature: Others option for entering the delimiters to separate

the field, no longer accepts the input of . and - Others

Xeus will automatically remember the previous file path and display it on the current file path for the new project.

A message box will appear to replace the error message pop out, if the user opens or creates too many KPI reports.

Issue Resolved

Drive Test Unable to synch Statistics Workbook with Network Explorer

Others Unable to import Drive Test Themes that has been exported out Auto-save when Xeus shut down due to no license detected. Create Action Report does not save newly created site.
