DAVIS-MONTHAN AIR FORCE BASE (AFB) is home to the 355th FW and its nine major tenant units, including the 12th Air Force Headquarters (AFSOUTH). Other units currently assigned to Davis-Monthan AFB are the 309th Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Group, 55th ECG, 563rd RQG, 214th Reconnaissance Group, 162nd Arizona Air National Guard Alert Detachment and Operation Snowbird. Other federal agencies using the base include the Federal Aviation Administration, the U.S. Customs Service Air Service Branch and a detachment of the Naval Air Systems Command. Approximately 7,000 military and 2,500 civilian employees work at Davis-Monthan AFB.
FORT HUACHUCA is home to the U.S. Army Intelligence Center and the U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM)/9th Army Signal Command. It is the headquarters of Army Military Affiliate Radio System (MARS), Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) and the Electronic Proving Ground (EPG). It is the largest UAV training facility in the world. The $10,000,000 facility contains 25,000 square feet of space and 10 simulators.

MARINE CORPS AIR CORP AIR STATION (MCAS) is home to the Marine Aircraft Group 13, which is comprised of four squadrons of AV-8B Harriers and an aviation logistics squadron. Yuma supported 80% of the Corp’s aviation training in 2011, making it the busiest air station in the Marine Corps. It employed nearly 7,000 military and civilian personnel in 2011.Other tenant commands include: Marine aviation Weapons and Tactics Squadron 1, Marine Wing Support Squadron 371, Marine Fighter Training Squadron 401, Marine Air Control Squadron 1, Combat Logistics Company 16, and Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Squadron 4.
LUKE AIR FORCE BASE located in Glendale is home to the 56th Fighter Wing, the largest fighter wing in the world and the only active-duty Air Force F-16 training wing. It is the preferred training site for the F-35 Lightning fighter jet and has 138 aircraft, 24 squadrons, four tenant units and 5,447 military and civilian personnel. Since 1941, Luke AFB has graduated more than 60,000 Airmen.
