Product Lifeline Assurance
Three words you’ve never heard
from us: ―Sorry, that’s obsolete.‖
At Aeroflex / Metelics our
commitment is to support
your program needs for
as long as you need your
devices. Today, we call it
Product Lifeline Assurance.
But for over 30 years,
it’s just how we’ve been
doing business. While
our competitors regularly
change manufacturing
strategies and discontinue
products—forcing you into
unscheduled and unfunded
redesigns—we remain
committed.
In short, we promise:
• To stand behind our
policy not to obsolete
products.
• To be the benchmark
for consistency in your
supply chain strategy.
• Wherever possible, to
replace competitors’
obsolete devices—
offering assurance
on these devices, too.
Product Lifeline Assurance.
Support you can rely on
for your high performance
diodes, passive and
integrated devices, and
custom semiconductors.

New Product Family Introduction:
Non Linear Transmission Line Comb Generators
NLTL comb generators offer 5 key advantages relative to ―typical SRD‖ products: – Lower phase noise – improved the phase noise performance
of a multiplied source
– Lower input power – reduced amp requirements and power
consumption
– Range of input frequency – allow use of a single part in
several designs or use with a tunable source (up to 3x instead
of a few %)
– Higher harmonic power at higher frequencies – SRD
based comb generators rapidly roll off after 20GHz
– Reliable construction –based on monolithic circuits

Wafer Probing Capabilities
Automatic Testing Capabilities
Auto-Testing Throughput approx 1,000/hour
Can ink out rejects – less additional handling
Can’t use for Small Contacts
Can’t use for Small Volume
Can’t test every Electrical specs – mostly Vb/Ir
Not every chip can be auto-tested
