Ms Windows Fix Installation Step 1:

Click on the MicrosoftEasyFix51044.msi

Step 2:

Tick on the checkbox “I Agree” and then click on the “Next” button

Click on the “Close” button to finish the installation of Ms Windows Fix

Uninstall Java Version 8 or latest Step 1:

From the “ ” Find and click on the “Control Panel”

Step 2:

Find and click on the “Program and Features”

Step 3:

Find and click on the” Java 8 Update 144”

Step 4:

Click on the “Yes” button

Step 5:

Please wait for the configuration

Java JRE version 7 Installation Step 1:

Click on the jre-7u80-windows-i586.exe

Step 2:

Click on the “Install” button

Step 3:

Please wait for the installation until it fully done

Reset Internet Explorer Cache Step 1:

From the “ ” Find and click on the “Control Panel”

Step 2:

Find and click on the “Internet Options”

Step 3:

Click on the “Delete” button

Step 4:

Please make sure the ticks on the checkbox and the click on the “Delete” button

Please wait for the process until it fully done

Configuration for Internet Explorer Step 1:

From the “ ” Find and click on the “Control Panel”

Step 2:

Find and click on the “Internet Options”
