CALL FOR PAPERS:

IJMR is a peer-reviewed journal and follows a 'double blind' review process. Submission of a manuscript to INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF MANAGEMENT RIVULET implies that the content has not been published previously and will not be submitted for publication elsewhere while the manuscript is under review. It must be original in nature.

Authors should send two hard copies and one soft copy (in MS-Word format) of the manuscript to the Editor-in-Chief of International journal of Management Rivulet or Director of the Anand Engineering college / mail the article to [email protected]; [email protected]. The manuscript should be clearly typed in double space with 12 point font on the one side of A4 size paper having margins on all the four sides. The author’s name should not appear anywhere on the body of the manuscript to facilitate the review process. The manuscript should be accompanied by an abstract of not more than 150 words and a brief biographical sketch of the author(s) on separate sheets. Manuscript should not exceed 5000 words. The cover page should contain the title of the paper, author’s name, designation, official address, contact phone/fax numbers, e-mail address. The authors should send a declaration stating that the paper has neither been published nor will it be submitted elsewhere till the editorial decision from business perspectives has been communicated. The main text should not contain name of the author and footnotes. References should be arranged alphabetically at the end of the manuscript and should contain only those cited in the text of the manuscript. References should be given like; Authors(s) name (starting from surname, then first and middle name), Year of Publication. Title of Work. Journal (in Italics)/serial proceedings/book in which the work was published. Volume and number of issue: Page no. All figures and tables should be numbered consecutively and should appear near the text where they are first cited. Wherever necessary, the source should be indicated at the bottom of tables/figures. All charts and graphs should be drawn cleanly and legibly. Tables and figures should contain self-explanatory titles and footnotes. The final decision on the acceptance or otherwise of the paper rests with the Editorial Board and it depends entirely on its standard and relevance. The author will receive one copy of the Journal free of charge immediately after publication. The copyrights of the contributions published in the Journal lie with the publishers of the Journal.

EDITORIAL POLICY

IJMR is a peer-reviewed journal and follows a 'double blind' review process. All papers submitted to IJMR go

through a preliminary review at the editorial desk and those considered appropriate are sent to an Associate

Editors. On the recommendation of the Associate Editors, the article may be rejected or assigned to two reviewers

from the editorial board.

PRIOR PUBLICATION

Submission of a manuscript implies that the work described has not been published (except in the form of an

abstract or as part of a published lecture, review, or thesis); and will not be submitted for publication elsewhere

while the manuscript is under review; and that its publication has been approved by all coauthors and the

responsible authorities at the institute where the work was conducted. Submission also implies that the authors

have already obtained all necessary permissions for the inclusion of copyrighted materials, such as figures and

tables from other publications. Previously published work will not be considered for publication. Previously

published portions of a paper must be accompanied by a permission release from the copyright holder and must be

cited. Preprints, whether paper copies or noncitable postings on a publicly accessible Web site, are not considered

publications, nor are poster presentations of work at a conference. An invited paper published in a non-peer-

reviewed journal, however, would be considered a prior publication.

AUTHORSHIP

cBy submission of the manuscript, cover letter, and declaration, the corresponding author affirms that all named

authors have agreed to be listed as authors of the paper. Furthermore, all authors affirm that they have both read

and approved the manuscript, and that they take responsibility for the content of the article.

REVIEW PROCESS

The IJMR Editor-in-Chief bears responsibility for insuring that submitted manuscripts receive expert and unbiased

reviews. The Editor strives to complete the peer review of selected papers by the Associate Editors and the

publication of accepted manuscripts in a timely manner and to keep the authors informed of any problems with

their manuscript. All submitted manuscripts are initially evaluated by the Editor-in-Chief in consultation with

members of the Editorial Board.

FULL DISCLOSURE OF MATERIALS

Authors are required to identify all materials and methods that were used in the study and described in the article.

Authors should comply with reasonable requests for materials, methods, or data necessary to verify the conclusions

of the experiments.

MISCONDUCT

In case of possible misconduct, i.e., suspected fabrication or falsification of data, double publication, or plagiarism,

the Editorial committee members will attempt to clarify the matter with each of the authors through Editor-in-Chief.

Should that fail to resolve the situation satisfactorily, the Editor-in-Chief will contact the institution of the

corresponding author. The institution should then make an inquiry and report to the Editor-in-Chief. Until the

matter is clarified, no papers by any authors on the disputed manuscript will be considered for publication. If the

misconduct is confirmed by institutional review, the Editor-in-Chief will decide appropriate action.

EMBARGO POLICY

Authors or their representatives may mention to the press the title of the article, authors and their

affiliations, date of publication, and citation information before publication/posting. We ask that

authors refrain from publishing large quotes, substantial analysis, or reprinting figures, tables, or

other data until the publication/posting date. These restrictions do not apply to the presentation of

the work at conferences or symposia that precede the actual publication date. Violations of these

policies are legitimate grounds for withdrawal of the manuscript from publication. All reviewers

remain unknown to the authors. Every manuscript is treated by the Editors and reviewers as

privileged information, and they are instructed to exclude themselves from review of any

manuscript that might involve a conflict of interest or the appearance thereof.
