An effective way for a law firm to advertise and reach out to their clients is from an advice column. They are used everyday and anyone can visit to write and ask questions if they need help with their case.
By having an advice column, the law firm can see what their clients comment on and learn from what they have to say. By listening to client’s requests, this can help build a stronger firm and its lawyers as well.
