Qualifications and Experience1.

CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER:-

(a) Essential :- Graduate and Degree in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations.

(b) Desirable:- Degree in Law with Specialization in Industrial Relations/Labour Laws.

(c) Experience:- Eight Years administrative Experience out of which at least five years should

be in a senior administrative position in a Public Sector Undertaking or in a organization of

repute.

CHIEF AGRICULTURE:-

M.Sc. (Agronomy) /(Seed Technology) with at least 2nd class and at least 10 years experience of

farming including Crop Planning, Seed Production, Processing out of which 5 years should be in

the Scale of of Rs. 14500-18700/-(IDA)or 12000-16500(CDA)a senior Managerial Position.

Desirable:- Doctorate in Agricultural Science.

Financial Advisor & Chief Accounts Officer:-

Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/Cost and works Accountant of

India/MBA (Finance & Accounts). 08 years post qualification experience , out of which at least

5 years in a Senior Managerial position

Suptd. Engineer(FD):-

(a) Essential: (i) Bachelors degree in Agriculture engineering of a recognized University

(ii) 10 years practical experience of operations, repairs and maintenance of wheeled type tractors

and heavy earthmoving & allied machinery used in on farm development, out of which at least 5

years experience should be in planning & execution of land & water management practices(iii) Experience in senior supervisory capacity requiring Planning & Preparation of land

development, irrigation development plans and execution

(iv) Familiarity with the Selection and procurement procedures of Agri. Machinery.

(b) Desirable: A Post graduate degree in Agri. Engg. with a specialization in soil & water

conservation engineering .

Seed Production Officer:-

M.Sc.(Agri.)/M.Sc. Botany with P lant Breeding/Genetics. Three Years practical experience in

Seed Production.

5.

Marketing Officer:-

i) Graduate in any discipline. ii) MBA /PG Diploma in Marketing Management.

Desirable: Experience in Marketing of Agricultural produce.

6.

Jr. Executive Officer:-

Graduate of a recognized University with five years experience in Govt/Public Sector

Undertakings involving noting, drafting, interpretation/application of Rules & Procedures.

7.

Jr. Accounts Officer:-

Master Degree in Commerce/Bachelors degree in Commerce . 1st class/Intermediate in

Chartered Accountancy with minimum 03 years experience in a Private/Public Sector

Undertakings of repute.

8.

Quality Control Assistant:-

M.Sc. in Agri. in Plant Breeding/Botany with at least 6 months experience.

9.

Jr. Engineer (Civil):-

Diploma in Civil/Agril. Engg. from a recognized Instt. preferably with 02 years experience in

civil constructions work and agril. land development.

10.

General:-

Application Form may be down-loaded from our Website www.sfci.nic.in. Application complete

in all respects along with attested copy of certificates/testimonials should be sent to the Sr.

Executive Officer, at the above mentioned address on or before 21 days from the date of

advertisement appearing in the Employment News. Applications received after the last date,

incomplete or without the required documents/information will not be considered.

The persons with disabilities may also, apply if otherwise fulfilling the qualifications andexperience. Relaxation of age limit in respect of SC/ST/OBC/ex-servicemen etc will be

applicable as per Govt. Rules.

Applications should be sent through proper channel in case the candidates working in (Govt.

Deptts./PSU /Autonomous Bodies). While forwarding the application, it may be verified by the

Department/PSU concerned that the particulars furnished b the candidates are correct and no

Vigilance/Disciplinary case is pending against him/her. The candidates belonging to General &

OBC category should enclose DD/Bankers cheque of Rs. 100/- in favour of SFCI, New Delhi

payable towards Application fee. One self attested latest photograph must be pasted on the space

provided in the application Form.

No. TA/DA will be payable for attending Interview.

There will no age bar for Departmental candidates who otherwise meet the prescribed

qualifications and experience

In case the number of applications received is quite large, then only short listed candidates will

be called for interview.

Age limit is relaxable in case of exceptionally deserving candidates
