The twenty-four faces relating to Finn, the character of the TV show Adventure Time (the “Finn Faces”) which you have downloaded are made available to you by Turner Broadcasting

System Europe Limited (“Turner” or “we”), a company which has its registered office at Turner House, 16 Great Marlborough Street, London W1F 7HS, United Kingdom.

By downloading the Finn Faces you agree to abide to these Terms of Use.

If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to download and use the Finn Faces and your parents or guardian must have read and consented to these Terms of Use.

The Finn Faces are protected by copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights which are owned or controlled by Turner. Save as provided in these Terms of Use, no other

use of the Finn Faces is permitted.

Turner authorises you to use the Finn Faces for the creation of images by: (1) downloading the Finn Faces; (2) printing one or more Finn Faces off; and (3) taking photos using the chosen

Finn Face(s) as your face (any such photo, a “Finn Image”).

The Finn Faces can only be used by you for the creation of one or more Finn Images for publication on the digital platform(s) indicated by Turner on the official Adventure Time Facebook

Fan Page. Except as expressly and specifically permitted in these Terms of Use, the Finn Faces may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in

any way, including by e-mail or other electronic means. When you create a Finn Image, you understand and agree that the Finn Image is created from content provided to you by Turner,

and that Turner continues to own that content.

By creating a Finn Image you are agreeing to it being published, if chosen, by Turner on the official Adventure Time Facebook Fan Page and in any of the official Adventure Time Facebook

photo albums.

By creating a Finn Image, you further confirm that: (i) you are over 18 or you have obtained your parents’ or guardian’s consent to upload the picture; (ii) you have full power and authorityto use the F inn Image created; (iii) the Finn Image does not infringe any trademark, copyright or other proprietary rights of any third party; (iv) you have obtained the consent of anyone

appearing in the picture to use their image (v) you have all the rights and permissions to use, and permit Turner to use, the Finn Image in the manner intended by these Terms of Use.

You agree not to associate with the Finn Faces any picture which libels, defames, invades the privacy of third parties or is obscene, abusive, offensive, sexist, racist, discriminatory or

threatening or advocates illegal activity or which may be in any way harmful to the reputation of Turner.

You further agree not to associate with the Finn Faces any picture which may be unsuitable for a minor or which in any way advocates dangerous activities, smoking or alcohol consumption.

We reserve the right not to publish the content you create or to remove at any time and for any reason (including, violation of these Terms of Use) any Finn Image already published. Our

decision is final.

You expressly agree that except for death and personal injury arising as a consequence of Turner's negligence, neither Turner, nor its affiliated or related entities, nor any of their respective

employees, or agents, nor any person or entity involved in the creation, production, and distribution of Finn Faces are responsible or liable to any person or entity for any loss or damage

whatsoever resulting from the use of Finn Faces. You expressly acknowledge and agree that Turner is not liable or responsible for any defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of other

subscribers or third parties.

If any provision of these Terms of Use shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify, alter or otherwise update these Terms of Use or the Finn Faces at any time.

These Rules are subject to the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution that cannot be settled amicably must be brought before the competent

English courts.
