The 2019 International Conference on Applications and Techniques in CyberIntelligence (ATCI 2019), building on the previous successes in Shanghai, China(2018), Ningbo, China (2017), Guangzhou, China (2016), Dallas, USA (2015),Beijing, China (2014), and Sydney, Australia (2013), is proud to be in the 7thconsecutive conference year in Huainan at June, 22–24, 2019. The purpose ofATCI 2019 is to provide a forum for presentation and discussion of innovativetheory, methodology and applied ideas, cutting-edge research results, and noveltechniques, methods, and applications on all aspects of cyber and electronicssecurity and intelligence. The conference establishes an international forum andaims to bring recent advances in the ever-expanding cybersecurity area including itsfundamentals, algorithmic developments, and applications.
Each paper was reviewed by at least two independent experts. The conferencewould not have been a reality without the contributions of the authors and thereviewers. We sincerely thank all the authors for their valuable contributions.
