STRATEGIC PLAN

1. This is required every 5 years.

2. The areas of the plan are similar to AdvancEd but not exactly the same.

3. There will be school and district committees to determine where we are, needs assessment, 5 year goals for improvement, action plan, and resources

4. The components of the plan are as follows:

• MISSION, VISION, VALUES, BELIEFS

• COMPREHENSIVE NEEDS ASSESSMENT

• PERFORMANCE GOALS

• ACTION PLAN

*Everyone will be assigned to a committee and is required to partici-pate.

*We will begin working on the plans during the September 23 faculty meeting.
