• Customize our email settings
Options Overview
Click Options
General Options: Use to set incoming & outgoing mail preferences.
Security Settings: Settings are already configured for NYC DOE.
Options OverviewStorage Space:Set preferences for saving & deleting messages (to maximize space).
Message Signature: Design your signature to include on outgoing mail (and set it to always be included What information should your signature include?
Options OverviewAuto Forward /Reply:Set preferences to automatically forward or reply to email. Why might you set these options?

Let’s Change an Option
• Create your Signature• Send a hello email to your partner (include signature)- how does
your signature look?
Type your signature
Select Rich Text Editor to change the appearance of your text
Do you want to automatically insert your signature on all outgoing mail?
Don’t forget to save it!
