● Highlight the form you wish to import data● Click the Import Data button● Add New Sheet● Choose the CSV or XML file you wish to use - file MUST be one of these formats● Clean up data - remove header line (optional step)● Click Extract Data From Sheet

○ Choose a field to use as a cross-reference key○ Select which System will be used○ Select which Table (Custom Form) will be used○ Match the correct field with the Entry number (not all fields need to be used)○ Click Extract Selected Data From File
