This Analysis has been done to look for further characteristics in which I could add to my own Poster design. The film poster I have chosen which is similar to my short film: Adulthood.

Firstly, the sky is a mixture between yellow, orange almost like a fire which is no ordinary sky (blue) this signifies the chaos within the city below and maybe a connotation that it is not a all going to be simple play.Almost all of the

characters are wearing ‘hoodies’ and/or dark clothing (tracksuit). This portrays the danger and the conflict within the characters as black represent darkness and conflict.

The girls in this poster have a significance. The one in the pink is trying to fit in with the rest of the characters. Whereas the other two are posed in a seductive way and are showing their feminine side which could portray a further conflict.

The title has a lower case ‘d’ which doesn’t flow with the rest of the it. This could signify that not all of them follow rules which is key to arguments.

This certain character has different clothing from the other characters portraying a clear dissimilarity that can be a key issue in the film.

Also, this character is standing in front of all the characters and showing off as he’s the boss (head up, hoodie).Therefore, a clear connotation is that he’s going to be the ‘rough’ character,
