Payment Details• The enrolment fee of £60 must be paid at the time of booking (this is a non-refundable administrative fee).• The balance of fees must be received at least 14 days before your start date.

Enrolment FeeA £60 enrolment fee applies to all new students.

Welcome pack and folder All learning materials Coursebook (IELTS, FCE, CAE and LCCI courses only) Access to our online syllabus (General English) Access to our Student Zone online Study clubs (free 1-hour sessions 2-3 times per week led by our teachers). These include Conversation Club, Film & Fluency, Grammar Clinic & Guided Self-Study. Access to our Study Centre and Computer Room. Free wi-fi access Certificate and report at end of course (certificate subject to your attending at least 80% of lessons)

Minimum age and maximum class size

There is a minimum age of 17 for all courses except the following:International Foundation Year (IFY), British University Preparation (Reading) - minimum age of 16.There is a maximum of 12 students per class on all courses except the following: IELTS, University Preparation - maximum 13 studentsInternational Foundation Year (IFY), British University Preparation (Reading) - maximum 15 students.

Retainer Fee: If you wish to keep your room while you are on holiday, we charge a fee of £4.50 per day.Shared Room Discount: Shared rooms for couples, friends or family are also available at a discount of £10 per person per week. Shared homestay accommodation is initially charged at the single room rate. The shared room discount of £10 per week is only applied on completion of a week sharing with another student. Coeliac Diet Supplement: If you require a coeliac diet, you will be charged an extra £25 per week.
