I was uncomfortable, unhappy, and more importantly unhealthy. I had gained 50 lbs between the age of 48 and 51. My eating habits were out of control and I had no form of exercise. I knew it was time to make a lifestyle change. I had tried diet meetings, boxed foods and inexpensive gym memberships I wanted a program that “held my hand” with both diet and exercise. Three days a week for one hour we weight train and do cardio. The trainers take all the guessing out of the workout. Exercising in small groups of four with a trainer is ideal. Cass and Jody give you encouragement, check form and make sure you know what you are doing next. The exercises and cardio programs vary from week to week so it stays interesting. An added bonus, you meet 3 new friends that are also working towards the same goal. Results? So far I have lost 35 lbs, 6% body fat. and a total of 14 inches. I make the right food choices and exercise daily. I have become stronger and my energy level is great.
