Mr. Frubis, a native of Germany,came to Patchogue about threeyears ago.

He had been emploved at the Pat-chogue Plymouth Mills , and was amember of Allemania lodge, F. andA. II., of Brooklyn, and of the Sick-ness and Death Benefit Fund of theUnited States of America.

THOMAS MANNING, 52, of 452Medford avenue, North Patchogue,died Monday at his home after anextended illness.

Born in Ireland, Mr. Manning hadbeen a resident of North Patchoguefor 23 years. He was a member ofthe Patchogive-Plyniouth Mills Em-ployes association.

Surviving him is his widow, Brid-get, and a sister, Mrs. Neil Boste-laar of Bay Shore.

Rosary services were conducted at8 p. m. last night at the Robertaccioand Sharp Funeral home and a re-quiem mass was celebrated at St.Francis de Sales R. C. church, at 10a. m. today by the Rev. James V.Walsh.

Interment follows in Holy Sepul-chre cemetery, Coram.

Mr. Faas, a retired painter, hadlived in Sayville 63 years. He wasborn in New York city.

He was a member of the CharteredSociety of Amalgamated Lace Opera-tives of America, and had been secre-tary of the local association morethan 20 years.

His survivors are two daughters,Mrs. Edward L. Senft of Port Ches-ter and Mrs. Raymond A. Conklinof Riverhead; two sons, F. BurtonPhannemiller of Amityville and Ed-ward U. Phannemiller of Patchogue,and seven grandchildren.

The funeral was held at 3 p. m.Tuesday in the Pettit Funeral home,with the Rev. Hanington Wilson ofSt. Paul's Episcopal church officiat-ing. Burial was at Cedar Grovecemetery in Patchogue.

MRS. JENNIE ZEGEL, 71, of At-lantic avenue, West Sayville, diedFriday at her home. She had beenin poor health for some months.

A native of Holland, she had re-sided in this country and West Say-ville for over 50 years.

She is survived by her husband,Cornelius Zegel; one son, Henry ofIslip; two daughters, Mrs. Oliver Bis-hop of West Sayville, and Mrs. Rob-ert Macintosh of Islip ; two brothers,Peter and Everett Paauw, both inHolland; six grandchildren and twogreat grandchildren.
