Dispensers Solder PreformsSmall components on a PCB demand a thin stencil being used for solder paste printing. This leads to demand of solder volume for connectors or other larger components that can’t be filled with stencil printing – even if a stencil with different thicknesses is used. Nortec high temperature masking labels are made out of polyimide like the Nortec high temperature Identification Labels, but are constructed with different adhesives which keep the labels on the PCB during wave soldering and reflow processes, but are still easily removable after these processes.
