Adobe Community Partners We invest in our employees’ and community partners’ best ideas for solving social problems and creating positive change. Each year, Adobe commits at least one percent of company pre-tax profits to invest in charitable purposes. A portion of those funds are administered by the Adobe Foundation, which supports programs and organizations that help make our communities better, stronger, and more vibrant places to live, work, and do business. Adobe Employee Community Fund grants are employee-directed based on local needs and implemented by Adobe Action Teams at 21 of our largest sites around the world. The Adobe Foundation also supports the diversification of the technology talent pool through our Youth Coding Initiative. In addition to grantmaking, Adobe employees engage in skilled volunteering on behalf of nonprofit clients through our Pro Bono Initiative.
