GOVERNMENT OF KHYBER PAKHTUNKHWA Sports, Youth Affairs, Tourism, Archaeology & Museum Department 13-A, Khyber Road, Peshawar Cantt., Phone: 9212086, 9212535 Dated 12 January 2012 O R D E R No.PO(TSY&M)STC/Plan/2010-11: In pursuance of the powers delegated vide part-I serial No. 6 Second Schedule of the Delegation of Powers under the Financial rules and Powers of Re-Appropriation Rules, 2001, the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is pleased to accord the Administrative Approval of Rs. 82.900 million (eighty two million and nine lacs only) for the implementation of the ADP 2011-12 scheme reflected at serial No: 718 Project Code 110090 – Cultural Tourism Centre / Artisan Village at Gorkhattree on the revenue side for the period of thirty six months reckoning from 22.12.2011 to 21.12.2014 as per detail given in the PC-I that was revised with the Finance Department from Rs. 108.680 to Rs. 82.900 million and communicated vide letter No. SO(Dev-II)/FD/8-15/2011- 12 dated 29/12/2011of the Section Officer (Dev-II). The project was approved by PDWP meeting held on 22-12-2011 under the Chairmanship of the Additional Chief Secretary to Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The Expenditure involved will be met out from the sanctioned budget grant under the function-cum-object classification 08- Recreational, Culture & Religion 081-Recretaional & Sporting Services 081120-others under (Fund No. NC-12058) Grant No. 49 (Revenue) during the financial year 2011-12, 2012-13 and 2013-14. Expenditure would only be incurred on the items/activities mentioned in the approved PC-1 and technical sanctioned estimates with in specified allocation. The Administrative approval does not constitute any sanction to the designs/rates provided in the rough cost estimate reflected in the PC-1. The Technical & financial responsibility of the design / rates rests with the authority competent to accord technical sanction to the estimates. The sanctioning authority shall allow appropriate rates after observing all prescribed codal formalities / standing instructions regarding schedule of rates, analysis of rates and financial regularity. The work shall be taken in hand after release of funds and proper technical sanction of the cost estimate. SECRETARY TO GOVT.
