INSTRUCTIONS To FILL THE FORM

Para I. ADMISSION PROCESS

1. Candidates can get admission form (along with challan for fee) from website on given dates

2. Candidates will be allotted seats with the form. Candidate has to deposit 1st semester fee along

with form either physically at head office or can deposit at any HDFC bank branch.

3. Admission seats are limited therefore after merit list declaration seats will be allotted on first

come-first basis therefore distributed to only confirmed candidate.

4. Candidate has to submit filled admission form and challan along with fee and photocopy of

required documents.

5. The fee can be deposited as either cash or demand draft at the administration counter in the

campus

6. Candidate will be allotted seat and department along with receipt upon deposition of fee and

form.

7. Candidate can opt for a particular course in which his/her marks are as or above the cut list.

8. A Candidate can only enroll for 1 course

9. A candidate can pay in cash or demand draft (cheque is not allowed ) at the administration

counter directly.

1. 12th class mark sheet and certificate (students with recent result can submit their online print out).

If student does not pass in his/her 12thclass, then his/her enrollment will be cancelled.

2. If any candidate pursuing bachelor degree (mark sheet of pervious year)

Mode of Payment:

(A)Cash

Payments of admission fee (see the fee structure for the details) can be made through depositing cash in

campus as explained.

1. Fill in Challan Slip (available with enrollment form) according to academic fee structure table

(see para III)

2. Deposit fill in challan slip and total admission fee with admission form at administration counter

at campus or HDFC bank

3. Upon deposition of challan slip and fee; a receipt will be issued with enrollment number from the

fee counter of the main campus

(B) Demand Draft

Payment of admission fee (see the fee structure for the details), candidates can be made through Bank

Demand Draft as explained.

1. The Demand Draft from any bank should be issued in favor of “IIEST Federation”, payable at

any bank.

2. Fill in Challan Slip (available at campus or website) according to academic fee structure table

(see para III)

3. Deposit fill in challan slip and total semester fee at administration counter at campus

4. Upon deposition of challan slip and fee ; a receipt will be issued with enrollment number

Please Note: Incomplete forms or forms received late (after prescribed dates) will not be accepted. The

Federation does not take any responsibility for delay or loss of forms or correspondence in postal transit

or by courier. Candidates are advised to keep the copy of challan slip for future reference. Applicants are

advised to keep a print out / photocopy of Enrollment Form for further reference along with proof of

payment. Verifications will be done at orientation day.
