Utility Customer Service (UCS) Training Services vision is to provide learning curriculums and
programs aimed at helping UCS employees enhance their skills and job competencies. We
believe that training will improve work performance and build a world class workforce that
meets UCS business objectives as well as our customers’ needs.
UCS Training Services goal is to provide professional training services that are relevant and
beneficial to each employee. We have structured our training to focus on three areas of our
business: Management, Supervisor, and Workforce.
We offer employees technology and soft skills based training that increase their service quality
as well as work productivity. Our management level training focus on leadership, organization
and change management. Whereas, our supervisor level training focus on conflict resolution,
supervising and coaching employees and team building. Our workforce level training is job duty
specific, basic soft skills on communications and team work, technology, and specialized
training that is specific to the business unit.
Event Planning – 2014 Combined Municipal Campaign (CMC)
2013 CMC Coordinator with Resource Management; helped raise $1050 in donations, designed flyers and order forms.
