WHAT TO DO FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD…
1. Gauge accurately where we are today in order to set challenging, yet achievable goals for the program.
“Facts are stubborn things, and whatever may be our wishes, our inclinations, or the dictates of our passions, they cannot alter the state of facts and evidence…”
John Adams
A Biography In His Own Words
2. Set the right goals for the right reasons, after determining desired culture.
“No clever arrangement of rotten eggs will make a good omelet.”
C.S. Lewis
3. Evaluate progress often, both formally and informally.
“Sometimes the best management tool is a mirror.”
Price Pritchett
