-Provide executive level support to the organization's director. Provide specialized support to other departments and heads. Devise and implement standards and controls for thousands of employees.

-Communicate with senior management. Ensure that the flow of information to the Board is accurate, timely and clear. -Involved in management discussions on the organization's policies and strategic development.

Effective/efficient management of the taxi services ferrying employees between locations

and facilitated movement to various places. Managed maintenance of company owned vehicles cost effectively. Handle day-to-day operations of buses, car fleet on shift basis. Contract negotiation and management: Provided support on facility preparation for training activities, review and negotiate admin contracts including hotel, air ticket, car rental, etc. Achieved a $5,000 monthly savings for company internationally within three months of posting by streamlining, redesign and implementing more effective company procedures.

Vendor Management: Sourced and controlled the CROSS BORDER vendor activities. Experience in having a worldwide network. Managed vendors for quality control, evaluation, price negotiation and signing of contracts of sophisticated vehicles, equipments, materials, etc. from USA, UK, France, Germany, Israel, Russia and   Australia . Vendor evaluation, rate analysis, finalization of vendor, placed orders as per the requirements, checked bills and forwarded the same to accounts for payments. Controlled the contractual costs by negotiating a better deal from the parties and by getting competitive bids from several parties.

Procurement: Develop administration division by sourcing related sophisticated

materials from WORLDWIDE market. Drive all initiatives for procurement, materials & operations systems for the existing and future units. Responsible for technical and non-technical procurement. Accomplished a 10% reduction in rs.5m procurement costs.

Expenses and Approvals: By careful monitoring and buying in bulk reduced the cost of company's paper, stationery and saved as much as 20% to 50% on the cost. Review administrative expenses and inform incurred charges to respective function heads for the implementation of proper controls (i.e. telecommunication, electricity, business promotions, staff welfare). Approve payments as per delegation to be made to internal customers and outsiders (i.e. vehicle running reimbursement, petty cash payments).

Security: Develop and implement security systems in the head office and at sites, planning and enforcing security. Develop SOPs & SOCs for TRANSNATIONAL security. Competent in handling security of men, material & resources, liaison with administrative authorities, police department & security agencies. In charge for strengthening existing security systems & built a good network of intelligence. The standards of safety/security

beefed up & electronic controls brought in. Most endorsed for security management, risk assessment, crisis management, security operations, corporate security, security audits, risk management, physical security. Reports - Monitor, review and report on all the administration activity and results, and conduct monthly review meeting. M.I.S: Create a management information system (MIS) that provides information which is needed to manage organization efficiently and effectively. Management information system which involves three primary resources: people, technology and information or decision making. Generate & maintain relevant M.I.S/documentation on daily, half yearly and annual basis. Implemented reporting system thereby structured the reporting process. Budgeting – Responsible to determine, manage and deliver the administration activities as per the planned budget. BOARD Administration and Support — Support operations and administration of board by advising and informing the board of directors, interfacing between board and staff. Establish a close relationship of trust with the director/board, report key developments to them in a timely manner and seek advice and support as appropriate.

Conduct site visits on a regular basis to check progress & ensure execution within specified deadlines. The existing location administration heads at regions & country, report directly.

Other functional responsibilities include: Handle meetings and conferences with VIP’S and maintain relations with them. Enabled

the Executive Director to focus on high priority strategic issues by taking responsibility for the day to day administrative affairs of the office and responding to all requests for information.

HR: Responsible for talent strategy & acquisition for the Indian and INTERCONTINENTAL OPERATIONS. Plan human resource to ensure that the company has the capabilities and resources required to achieve its plans.
