Meaning
Its an activity inherent on whatever social group, focused on achieving whit
efficiency and effectiveness the best results. Need combine, organize and analyze
an identity to get a maximum productivity. It consist of a series of stages
necessaries to have a good result, that therere: Planning, organization, direction
and control

The administration give us of the best recourses, techniques and elements to
direct our enterprise for the best way to get our objectives, work about our mission
and achieve our vision in the less possible time, offering our services whit the
highest quality firstly by our customers, on this case, the drivers.
Enterprise
Concept
An enterprise is social group on that, between of the administration of the
capital and the job, produce capital goods and services to satisfy the need of the
community, proposal that constitute the basic base politics on our enterprise.
Type
Our enterprise is dedicated to make systems of security to protect the users
of a car according the needs and risk that they confront, with the technology of the
electronic sensors.

Its an identity of a medium enterprise, but is managed as a big enterprise to
work with the most compromise and quality. Its a service enterprise, because
were dedicated to give and make solutions that can suffer the drivers. About the
capital, its a private enterprise.
Before that anything, we introduce the way our enterprise is divided to the
best understanding of concepts previous to the organization chart and description
of functions.

Organization
Meaning
This step of the Administration process, help us with the establishment of the
basic framework which will operate the social groups, since it provides the layout
and the correlation functions, hierarchies and activities necessary to achieve the
objectives.
Type
Our type of organization is Taylor functional, because this enterprise divides
the job and establishes expertise. So each person, from managers to workers, runs
the fewest number of functions. This is a great help, because a worker will be
concent rated in his job (where is skilled) and he wont have to do the job from
others workers.

Evaluation and Design Line
This line of work, will definitive the needs of the cars and also will design the
adequate system its protection. In addition, they will decide the correct sensors that
the car will use.
Electrical Line
They will fit the electrical circuit that takes part of the security system.
Assembly Line
This line will put on the security system to the car, taking care of its structure.
Testing line
They will test the correct operation of the security system and will repair the failures
that could exist.

work in our enterprise.
Authority
The authority in our enterprise will be in each manager, it means, the general
manager and the departmental managers. They will help us to keep on the
productivity. These managers will be specialized in administration topics and skills.
So, we will take on Bachelors of Business Administration, preferably experts in ourdepartments.
ControlIn the control step, well check if a specified process or a general process, is
operating in the exactly way, according the Strategic Plans. This activity is made by
the Quality Control department.

Si tuat ion:
At November 3 rd, 2010, one customer arrived to our installations for a general
check up of his car, to know if his security and protection system was operating
correctly. Well take his car to the Production Department.
Act ions
Evaluation and Design Line
The workers found some failures in the security system of the car that was:
-Failure in the Motor Cooling System
-Failure in the Illumination System
- Failure in the Crash Resistant System
The solutions considered were these:
- Add a high quality temperature sensor that allows activate quickly the
Cooling System.
- Add 2 or 4 optical sensors that allows activate quickly the car lights in the
adequate intensity according the luminous levels.
- Add 4 inductive sensors in each side of the car to detect another car that
were very near and make the necessary actions to avoid and accident.
- After this, this line provides the necessary materials trough the Resources
Department to the Electrical Line.
Electrical Line
This line only designed and simplified the necessary electrical circuits to the
car according the sensors. These circuits were delivered to the Assembly Line

The electrical circuits and the different devices were assembled to the internal
structure of the car, trying to not damage it or modified it a lot. Finally, the car was
delivered to the Testing Line
Testing line
This line tests the operation of the new equipment, looking for failures and
ways to improve it. Everything was good, but they found the need of change the
kind of sensors for the Crash Resistance System, because the inductive sensors
give a short reach answer. They decided to use capacitive sensors, that have a
higher quality than those sensors, and allows us detect all kind of materials.
After the tests, was realized the necessary actions to replace this detail.
When the car was totally finished, was delivered to his owner that was pleased with
our service.
Measuring results
The measuring were made according the precision and the performance of
the Human and Material Resources obtaining a good average in the qualificationsof the Quality Control Department.

According this evaluation, we take actions and solutions necessaries to avoid
inconvenient, giving a better capacitating and modifying the Strategic Plans.
Verification
All the objectives were achieved in the finish of the production process,
because we improved the security car system to the customer and we obtained his
satisfaction. Also we could optimize our process thanks to the evaluation process.

The salaries of each worker are a fixed amount per week (that could grow
