Tips for Prevention

Stay away from ill people and stay away fromothers if you are ill.

Wash your hands often with soap and water.

Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouthwith unwashed hands.

Do not share drinks, food, or utensils.

Get an annual flu shot through your primarycare provider or local clinic.

Clean and disinfect common touch surfacesfrequently.

Avoid large or crowded events if you feelsick.

Cover your cough or sneeze with your elbow ortissue.

- Schedule breaks, when needed

- Establish working hours and keep them
