Adim Industrial Group co. began its activity in the technology and production of
natural leather in 2001, relying on the technical knowledge of its founders,
working with a team of professors and leather artisans and also with great domestic
and foreign companies like Omran, Amin, Vatan, and Argoranda. As the first
producer of car leather and after receiving the confirmation from the French
company, Peugoet, Adim Company has established the design and production of
Irankhodro custom automobiles officially since 2004. The design team of interior
trim, including an Astatlyt team, color experts, and ergonomics professors has
already provided 100,000sets of interior trim for Peugeot 206, Pars, Samand, Sarir,
Soren, Maxima, Roniz, Mazda323, Pajero, Mercedes-Benz class A, and class C.
Also since early 2007, to make the Aviation industry self-sufficient, the company
decided to produce natural leather for aircraft seats, which after 24-hour researches
in the Innovation year, received Airbus confirmation for design and manufacture of
interior trim and seats on Mahan Airline, Iran air, Aseman, Saha, and Iraq Airlines.
These changes, including 3D design of the seats and foam modeling along with
making necessary molds and diecuts for the industrial production, have been
accomplished in Adim Company.
In addition, the company together with one of the Italian ultralight aircraft
manufacturers has manufactured this type of aircraft in the country, which 15
aircrafts have obtained the license to fly from Civil Aviation to date.
Having the design and modeling team, the company has also made the
following items:
1. Design the Youth Samand in 2008
Regarding the Irankhodro definition of this product, the following
changes were defined, designed, and performed on Samand.
A. Tuning the engine with no change in the engine block and
replacement of air intake and exhaust, upgrading the ignition system,
removing cutup, and remaping the ECU which increases the engine
output up to 35% with reduction in engine emission.
B. Boosting the brake system with upgrading the booster clipper power
and also replacing the cooling disks system on the car.
C. Upgrading the suspension system by adding adjustable auxiliaries,
switching torsion bars, and adding stress bars.
D. Changing the interior trim and replacing sports seats and recovering
with natural leather cover.
E. Changing the exterior trim by adding side steps and sports bumpers,
designed with sport style for young people.
2. Design and Manufacture of the First Coupé Using Samand
Platform
A. Style Changes:
The face lift is with no change in the engine lid, trunk lid, and front
fenders. This car has been manufactured with a completely different
look and according to the world latest styles by the world-renowned
experts, while the changes on the car side and 2 doors have made it
look different to customers and meet the preferences of the target
market.
B. Body Changes:
The technical experts have been trying to apply the least changes on
this new body to make the project more economical, which is as
follows:
1. Outward Body Changes:
a. Doors
This car has 2 doors whose length is 200 mm longer than
Samand front doors and the front door hank has been removed
as well to improve the side view.
b. Side Body
The side outer shell is designed single including rear fenders,
like the world modern cars. The production method is like
Peugeot 206 body, while many parts of Samand are used to
make the inner body.
2. Exterior Decoration Changes:
a. Front and rear bumpers
b. Grill
c. Front and rear lights
d. Rear plate frame and trunk lid finisher
3. Interior Decoration Changes:
a. New door covers and column frame
b. New seats
C. Engine Changes:
It includes engine tuning with increase level of driving up to 35% on
TU5 engines, and also using EF7 engine and the Diesel engine DV6.
D. Technological Changes:
Achieving a competitive market for this car, the following advanced
systems have been considered:
1. Including 2 airbags using P2 dashboard
2. Brakes upgrade
3. GPS system installation
4. Using engine with EURO4 emission level
5. Installing automatic gearbox
3. Design and Manufacture the First Long Soren
A. Body Changes:
1. Middle column changes
2. Changing the rear doors (length increased)
3. Strengthen the whole body, including floor, steps, and side
columns
4. Changing rear light stands
5. Changing front tow strap
B. Trim Changes:
1. Changing the rear doors length
2. Change interior trim
3. Changing the dashboard
4. Face lift like Soren ELX includes changing the front and rear
bumpers, and front and rear lights
5. Changing the middle column
4. Design and Manufacture the Maxima Limousine
A. Body Changes:
1. Adding the second middle column with 28 inches distance
2. Fabricating the middle shell and designing the window (length
increased)
3. Strengthening the whole body, including floor, steps, side column
B. Trim changes:
1. Designing and manufacturing the interior trim for the new length-
increased part
2. Changing the interior trim and designing the front seat facing the
back one
3. Changing the middle column frames.

A. The interior trim was conducted with black and gold CHANEL
design( the most famous women leather design)
B. The exterior trim was adorned with gilding decorative peaces
C. The body also was painted with appropriate figures and golden lines

6. Design the Special Tuning Racing Cars
To design and manufacture racing cars for free classes, 1600, and GT,
and with its highly experienced staff, the company provides the
following actions on the cars:
A. Design and make the roll bar for racing cars with international
standards
B. Strengthen the engine or install powerful engines with several
cylinders (6 and 8 cylinders) on the cars such as Golf, Pride, Benz,
BMW, Toyota

A. Designing and manufacturing the minibuses and buses for ceremonies
and long distances
B. Designing and manufacturing traveling Caravans on the minibuses and
