Under current UK Health and Safety legislation, there is a legal obligation to train your staff, however, 1/3rd of SME’sdo not adequately allow for or provide training to staff on health and safety matters.

They rely on staff reading a statement, book or leaflet regarding their health & safety.

From our experience the main objection to training staff is the COST.

Cost of:

• The course• Employee’s being away from the workplace• Wages paid for loss of productive hours• Travel costs• Business disruption, etc.

Online learning or e-learning, is the perfect answer to reduce your costs and ensure that you do not waste time ormoney on things you cannot manage.

Our courses are some of the best learning content available and are ROSPA approved. They can save you up to 76%of your training costs and we try to ensure that your workforce receive an education in the subject matter beingtaught and on a specific course topics, where their knowledge is challenged and assessed.

In short, they can train at anytime to suit them; and at anyplace that has internet access; receive high qualityresources that they can use; and you can track, monitor and ensure their compliance.

Example: A small business employees 5 staff and requires them to receive half a day’s Manual Handling training. The following figures represent an average cost for the training. Suite 5
