1. Question: Confirm Men’s #118 does get terrazzo flooring and base. ‘Room Finish schedule’ calls for it but finish floor plan does not show it.

Answer: Yes Men’s #118 does receive terrazzo flooring. 2. Question: ‘Room Finish schedule’ does not call out any ceramic tile. Is tile to be included at

restroom wet walls only? Answer: Yes ceramic tile is only used for the restroom wet walls. 3. Question: Confirm storage #102 does not receive terrazzo. Answer: Storage #102 does receive terrazzo. The finish schedule will be revised from

SC-1 to TZ-1.

ALL BIDDING CONTRACTORS SHALL VISIT THE PROJECT SITE PRIOR TO SUBMITTING A BID.

THE ARCHITECT DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE PERFORMANCE OF THE PROJECT IN ANYRESPECT OTHER THAN THE ARCHITECTURAL WORK PERFORMED WHICH MEETS THESTANDARDS OF PROFESSIONAL CARE.

THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE ADEQUATE BRACING AND SHORING FOR ALLWORK DURING THE CONSTRUCTION PERIOD.

RELATING TO THIS PROJECT WITHOUT OBTAINING PRECISION PLANNING, INC.'SPRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT, THE OWNER SHALL ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THERESULTS OF SUCH CHANGES. 24. CONTRACTOR SHALL PAINT ALL DUCTWORK VISIBLE THROUGH CEILING OPENINGS AND/OR SUPPLY AND RETURN AIR OPENINGS AND GRILLES FLAT BLACK.

25. TEMPERATURE, HUMIDITY AND CO2 SENSORS SHALL BE LOCATED IN THE ROOM SERVED/SHOWN IN. LOCATION SHALL BE ADJACENT TO ROOM MAIN ENTRANCE LIGHT SWITCHES.

26. PROVIDE NEW DDC PANELS AS NEEDED; NEW DDC PANELS SHALL BE COORDINATED WITH ELECTRICAL. NEW DDC PANELS ARE SHOWN ON THE PLANS, EXACT LOCATION TO BECOORDINATED WITH ELECTRICAL. IF ADDITIONAL POWER IS REQUIRED, THE SHALL BE COORDINATED WITH ELECTRICAL AS WELL.
