These clarifications constitute Addendum No. 1 and considered part of the Bid Documents. General Contractor shall see that their sub-contractors are in full receipt of the information contained herein.

General Clarifications:

1.) Mailed bids will not be accepted. Bids are to be hand delivered to the Pilot Mountain State Park Visitors Center attention Matt Windsor at 1792 Pilot Knob Park Road, Pinnacle, NC 27043.

2.) The GC is to maintain the existing park entry road clean of mud, dirt & debris due to construction activities by washing or sweeping as needed or as directed by the Park Superintendent.

3.) The GC is to coordinate with the Park Superintendent any deliveries or construction activities that occur Friday before a Holiday weekend

4.) See attached pre-bid meeting attendance list for July 25th, 2018. Project Manual:

1.) Section 00 01 01 Table of Contents. a. See attached revised Table of Contents which includes a listing of items in divisions 00,
