The mandatory pre-bid attendance sheet is attached. 2. Low bid contractor responsible for patching masonry or concrete at wall penetrations where removals occur. 3. Low bid contractor responsible for removal and disposal of 50-55 gallons of hydraulic fluid. 4. Low bid contractor responsible for removal and disposal of ash from ash silo – Approx. 15-28 tons. 5. Low bid contractor to backfill depressed areas to concrete surface with fill sand or CA-6 aggregate. Concrete patches to be 8” thick at repair areas. Concrete to be 4000 psi material. 6. Low bid contractor to break concrete at depressed areas to allow water migration under slab. 7. WIU will disconnect all electrical to demolition area prior to start of demolition. 8. Laboratory test analysis of ash samples included as part of addenda. 9. Drawings of the coal/ash silos and tipper building are attached.
