A common feature of cheap restorations is inadequate roof sterilisaton and the use of poor quality or no sealer at all. Globalcote Surface Treatment is applied to sterilize and prevent mould and fungus regrowth before applying a sealer coat. Globalcote Roof Sealer will penetrate deep into the pores and this maximises adhesion for the following membrane coatings.

Step 3 - 1st Coat1st coat of Globalcote Roof Membraneis applied.

Step 1 - High Pressure CleanGutter traps are put in place to redirect dirty water and to stop it from going into the storm water drains; this is to comply with council regulations.Any rust effected areas are cleaned and any fl aking paint is removed to provide a sound clean surface.All excess dirt, grime, moss, mould/lichen and other contaminates removed using a high pressure water blast at a minimum of 3000 PSI.

Step 2 - Surface SealedRusty screws are removed where required andspot primed using a metal primer (preceded by a rust convertor if rust is present) prior to application of Globalcote Roof Sealer.

Step 4 - Final CoatFinal coat of Globalcote Roof Membrane is applied with a written warranty for 10 years on both workmanship and materials by our company.
