The case was featured in a “Grandparents to Parents” segment produced by OffScripts Productions of Baton Rouge, following the legal process from begin-ning to end with Ca’Ron finally secure in his forever home.

Adams and Reese earned a prestigious Good Apple Award presented by National Appleseed for the efforts of Birmingham-based of counsel Richard P. Carmody and associate Anna Davis in the completion of Appleseed’s 2017 Edition of Protecting Assets & Child Custody In The Face Of Deportation, A Guide For Practitioners Assisting Immigrant Families.

The pair, along with two editors and 44 contributors, was honored on June 7, at the Mexican Cultural Institute in

the nation’s capital. Richard and Anna helped pen the document’s section on veteran’s benefits and joined Annette LoVoi and Karyn A. Cassella in the over-all editing of the periodical. Read more

Since 1999, the New Orleans CityBusiness “Women of the Year” Awards have recognized the 50 top businesswomen in New Orleans who are making nota-ble contributions to both the local business community and society at large.
