    Regular RF Planning and Optimization Activities

    Responsible for the optimization of Vodacom Motorola to NSN Swap sites in KwaZulu-Natal Regionof South Africa. Reporting of BSC KPIs to higher Management on weekly and monthly basis with pre

    and post swap comparison. Daily KPIs monitoring (CSSR, DCR ,HOSR, etc) of Swapped sites and troubleshooting of the worst

    cells.

    Responsible for the pre-post SWAP KPIs analysis from Motorola to Nokia, and acceptance of theSWAPPED clusters, which are covering the whole Kwazulu-Natal Region of South Africa.

    Escalation of Alarms and Faulty Hardware of Swapped sites to FOPs teams for rectification andkeeping track of issues raised.

    Preparation of Job Order for creation of sites in OMC.
