    1. INTRODUCTION

ADMA-OPCO is developing several new fields in its offshore concession areas i.e.

Umm Lulu (UL), Satah Al Razboot (SARB) and NASR. The new program objectiveis aligned and integrated with ADMA-OPCO’s mid-term total sustainable productiontarget of 1 MMSTBOPD.

Umm Lulu field is located approximately 40 km North West of Abu Dhabi city in Arabian Gulf. Umm Lulu (UL) field is part ADMA-OPCO concession areas, for which ADMA-OPCO has studied a number of options for “Full Field Development (FFD)”.The development option being pursued is a new standalone Super Complex inUmm Lulu field (ULSC). Production will be from four reservoirs namely Thamama II,Thamama IIIA/C, Thamama IVA and Thamama IVB/C.

Umm Lulu Full Field Development (ULFFD) Project is developed in two phases:

Phase –I : Early Production System (EPS) with Minimal Facilities in UmmLulu Field and processing of Umm Lulu well fluids through 12”

trunk line to Umm Al Dalk (UAD) and Zakum Central complex to

    Zirku Island.

Phase –II : Full Field Development (FFD) producing to Zirku Island.

The ULFFD Project Phase II is further divided into two EPC packages.

Package-1 includes six new Wellhead Towers, all risers, infield pipelines, 20” MainOil Line, Riser Platform Jacket, Brownfield Tie-ins and Modification to EPSWellhead Tower Platforms WHT-4 & WHT-6.

Package-2 includes Umm Lulu Super Complex (ULSC) and infield subsea and“composite power and fiber optic” cables.

ADMA-OPCO awarded Package-2 to NPCC-TECHNIP Consortium and Scope ofwork, in brief, is as indicated below:

♦  Umm Lulu Super Complex (ULSC) comprising of :

♦  Riser Topsides Platform (ULRP Topsides)

    ♦  Gas Treatment Platform (ULGTP)

    ♦  Separation Platform (ULSP)

♦  Utilities Platform (ULUTP)♦   Accommodation Platform (ULAP)

    ♦  Flare Platforms (ULFL 1 and 2)

    ♦  Water Disposal Platform (ULWDP)

♦  Bridges and intermediate support structures

♦  Offshore installation, hook up, mechanical completion, base line surveying, preservation, pre-commissioning and commissioning of all facilities associatedwith the Super Complex (ULSC) as noted above.

♦  Ten (10) Infield composite power and fiber optic cables between WHT’s #1

through to #8 and the ULSC facility.
