The University is holding its Thirteenth Convocation 2014 tentatively in the month of August-2014 at

Jinnah Convention Center Islaa!ad. Following graduates will be eligible for receiving

com'leted their +)c %ngineering ,rogrammes from the University u'to "0#0$#2014 and the

graduates from 'revious entries who have com'leted their degrees after the Twelfth Convocation#

b$ The graduates who have com'leted their !)c ,hD ,rogrammes from the University u'to"0#0$#2014 after the Twelfth Convocation#201-.

c$ The graduates who have com'leted their degree ,rogrammes from the affiliated institutions of

this University i.e. Center for /dvanced )tudies in %ngineering &C/)%$ slamabad Dr. /..

The medals will be awarded to the graduates on the basis of overall best 'erformance in their Degree

,rogrammes.

The graduates must confirm their 'artici'ation with or without guests by filling in the 34illingness Form

for 1+thConvocation 5167and sending it to the undersigned so as to reach not later than 1'-0(-2014. The

nly those graduates will be allowed to attend the ceremony who will attend the ehearsal and obtain

their entry cards. nvitation cards for guests will also be issued on the day of rehearsal.

The Convocation robes will be 'rovided by the contractor on 'ayment of 5s. 1000# as rent#cum#security

on the day of rehearsal. The security will be refunded on return of the robes after deducting the rent after

the 1-thConvocation#2014 Ceremony.

To attend the rehearsal and obtain the entry cardsinvitation cards for the guests the graduates are re7uired

to bring with them the following documents"

The graduates may note that they will not be allowed to attend the Convocation if"

1. They do not ta*e 'art in the ehearsal#

2. They do not obtain the Entry Card.-. They do not wear the Convocation o!e.

4. They do not have with them their Co.uteri/ed %ational Identity Cardand

:. They do not reach the Convocation lace in Tie.

The graduates are directed to behave 'ro'erly during the ceremony. n case of any behavior not

suitable for the grace of the ceremony the degree is liable to be cancelled withheld.
